Terms Regarding Commercial Refrigeration:
The Weiler Group will guarantee the unit to work when it leaves our building. We will guarantee the compressor to be in working condition when it leaves our building. The Weiler Group cannot guarantee against any small problems that arise due to transportation. Problems such as wires becoming disconnected or a fitting shaking loose and causing the freon to leak out of the compressor is quite common. All small problems such as these can typically be addressed on the buyers end. We at The Weiler Group take every possible precaution we can to try and prevent such problems from occurring. But we cannot guarantee against such mishaps. (This does not include items being sold "AS IS")
We must collect sales tax for all sales
made in California of 9.50%.

Coverage is offered on new items but they must be inspected before signing for it. It is the buyers' responsibility to check the item condition upon receipt before the signing for the item.
