All our items will be dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd or 1st Class within 24 hours of cleared payment Monday-Saturday

Please note that the postal charges have been checked with the Post Office and are accurate.

They include the cost of the package, fuel charges to deliver the parcel to the Post Office and the postal charges. We are trying our best to minimise the postal charges, however sometimes, due to the size and the weight of the product the postal fee might be higher.

If you live nearby you are more than welcome to pick up the package directly from us. Please contact us for further information.

Sometimes there can be a delay. In this instance we would advise customers to contact their local sorting office to check if the parcel has been sent back undelivered as there have been occasions when a card has not been left informing customers on failed delivery.

The Royal Mail only considers the parcel to be lost after 15 working days for the UK.

We therefore cannot refund or re-send until this time has been passed.

We always report any lost parcels to Royal Mail for their investigation.

We only accept payment by PayPal

Please pay for your item promptly. If we have not received payment within 7 days of purchase it may result in an unpaid item dispute being filed via Ebay.

If there are any unforeseen circumstances as to why payment is late please contact us as soon as possible.

Items will only be posted upon receipt and clearance of payment.
