BluePrint Bikes is a bicycle centric seller located in Brownsville, Texas (as far south as you can get in Texas). We have particular interest in older track bikes and parts, but our passion for road riding keeps us stocked with modern road parts! Please feel free to ask any questions, or send any comments! Payment within 48 hours of purchase. Sales will be considered invalid after this period has lapsed. Communication is needed if more time is required.

Shipping

Shipping will be handled quickly and professionally. Complete bikes and international shipments often take the full 3 day packing time. Otherwise, our goal is 24 hour, and sometimes same day postage. USPS Priority Mail and UPS are the chosen methods of delivery

All international shipments are subject to import regulations of the receiving party. Any fees are the responsibility of the importing party. Please request any customs specific instructions at the time of purchase. Photos are part of the item description in all cases, and should be reviewed as such.

Combined shipping discounts are always an option. Shipping cost will be calculated by total weight and size, as well as distance traveled.

No handling or packing fees are charged. Only shipping cost.

Recent changes to Ebay policies require sellers to provide delivery confirmation, not just a shipping number.

Terms of Sale

All sales are final, but if there is a problem: let us know as soon as possible. If an item was misrepresented by our listing, we gladly accept returns and offer our sincere apologies. If there is no issue, and you would still like to return an item, let us know. We can begin the return process. In this case, there is a 15% restocking fee to help cover some of the cost of fees paid.

Buyer is responsible for any import fees or duties.
