Antique hand painted fan on heavy paper linen backed with wooden sticks. It depicts two men one playing chess; and two seated women, one holding a fan and a dog. It measures 12 1/2" long and 23" opened. It has numerous condition issues, so is sold "as is". The sticks are in good condition; there is an old tape repair on the main stick and a chip off of the end and splits in a couple more. The paper is mostly complete one section has has come loose and needs to be re glued (see photos); some paper losses. Please see photos for more details and information.
