Delivery Information

This item will be delivered by next day courier to mainland U.K, all other locations will be a two day service. You will be notified via text if you have supplied us with a mobile number with a 1 hour delivery slot. (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or ANY offshore UK address will be liable for extra freight charges)

Scottish Islands includes postcodes:

Delivery to any International Country will be liable for extra charges, please contact us via messaging service or phone for a quote for your charges.

Pallet Deliveries

In the UK your Pallet Delivery are usually next working day service, however this can be extended to two days if pallet company is busy. Delivery is usually between 8.30AM and 5.30PM.
The courier will deliver your part the next working day between 8.30AM - 5.30PM. Please check the condition before signing accepted in good condition.

Please make sure someone is available to sign for the goods as a failed delivery will either mean you will have to pick up the item yourself or you will incur £25. Redelivery charges which will need to be paid before the delivery is made.

Before Signing

Please make sure you check the condition of your item before signing. You have around ten minutes to inspect your pallet before signing and accepting it is in good condition. If there is any damage please sign for the item as damaged or refuse delivery. This is important because the courier will waiver liability once the item has been signed for. If the driver will not let you examine the item or remove the packaging please sign for the item as DAMAGED put this by your signature. Please follow these instructions.
