This jacket with it's duck down lining will keep you toasty warm throughout the
cold months! It is previously owned but almost like new.
It has so many cold weather features... like being over-sized to fit more warm
clothing under it, the sheepskin collar can stand up with a strap under it,
a heavy duty zipper with a snap down wind flap in front & fleece lined large
front pockets. The top pockets work great as hand warmers & the bottom 2
have Velcro closures. There is also a left front pocket for smaller items & an
inside pocket for a wallet. The outside fabric is water resistant.
This jacket was originally developed as a "nod" to the post-war bush pilots in
Canada's North, so naturally it is so well thought out! It will never really go out
of style... consider it an investment! Measuring on the outside, it is 24" across
the front under the arms, 21" under the arm to the bottom of the cuff & 26" from
under the collar to the bottom in the back.
This jacket is so reasonably priced because there are a couple of tiny issues.
See the last picture... In a hidden place on the inside of the right cuff there is
a tiny area that appears to be slightly discolored. I'm thinking that may be why
there is a little slit in the label from the original manufacturing? It is certainly
nothing that shows or takes away from the beauty or performance of
the jacket!
