In the next couple of months I am going to clear out some of my more 5000 tubes that I will probably never use again. With all of these I have done some kind of design or custom piece in my 38 year history of making amplifiers, preamps and digital with tubes.
I made an amp called the KIR which was a 25W KR52 SET amplifier. KR and AV stopped making that tube and I was asked to come up with a new version based on this tube. The amplifier was really heavy and I made a couple pairs of them and just figured heck with it. I am better off designing smaller amps that are easier to build. Sorry no I can furnish schematics or help with the design of an amplifier based on this tube.
These are not 300B tubes, the filament draws 2x the current (2.4A at 5V ). This tube may damage amplifiers looking for WE300B equivalent specifications. Use this tube for DIY or amplifiers specifically stating the use of TJ or Full Music 300B+ tubes.
