Shipping Policy

Return Policy

1, pls kindly contact us in 14 days after the date you receive the parcel. After that, it will be considered as used and will be hard for us to accept the return. Thanks for your kind understanding.

2, when you decide to return one package, pls make sure it’s the original condition. Also pls write your eBay ID and return reason on a piece of paper and put it in the package. Last but the most important, pls offer us tracking no. Thanks for your kind understanding in advance.

3, we will refund you upon receipt of the item in its original condition ( but NOT include the shipping fee we paid for the item), after both Buyer and 

Seller cancel the transaction from eBay. Or you may have a replacement.

4, return shipping should be paid by buyer if seller at no fault.
