These items come straight from the manufacturers.

We do not guarantee if these drives have zero hours.

If you want to ship by using your ups account ask first before paying so we can remove the ship charge and send you a new invoice 

Because once paid for the item and shipping thru eBay there is no refund on shipping charger

PAYMENTS: 

We only accept PayPal.  Payment is expected within 2 days of end of auction, if you have a problem, please contact us.

Items that have not been paid for within the designated time frame may be relisted, or offered to the next highest bidder. 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bids from buyers with excessive negative feedback.  

Non paying bidder  case will automatically be filed if no payment or contact has been made.

SHIPPING:   

We ship within one business day (Monday-Friday) of receiving payment,  with the exception of freight items that may require scheduling with a third party. We do not ship on the weekends or U.S.A. holidays.

With an appointment, some items may be picked up directly from our warehouse.  Contact us for pick-up arrangements.
