- All items include a minimum 1-year warranty.

- All returns must be accompanied by an authorized RMA number.
- Software relicensing and hardware recertification are the responsibility of the end user.
Shipping
- Abacus' preferred carriers are FedEx and UPS.
- We do not limit ourselves to these carriers. If you have a delivery service you prefer, let us know and we can obtain shipping estimates for you.
- Orders are processed during business hours only: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST. Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
- Any shipping costs listed are to the 48 contiguous states. If you are outside these states, or need faster delivery service, please contact us for additional shipping charges.
