Most all used vacuums will have some scratching due to normal wear & tear. Prior to all auctions, all of our machines are tested for good suction and are made sure to be in good working order. Brush rolls are cleaned, bags and filters are taken out or replaced. Washable filters and waste containers will be washed. Outer bags will be washed. The outside of the machine will be washed down and scuff marks are removed to the best of our ability. Although our vacuums are cleaned and deodorized very well, some odors could be present depending on the previous owner (smokers/pets) so please be aware this is possible with ANY used vacuum purchase. We believe our machines are cleaned very well, but they are sold as used and not refurbished because they may not be perfect. If you have any assembly questions upon receiving our item please be sure to ask as we try to pack our items as small as possible to save you on shipping. Shipping & Payment: Payment is expected within 48 hours after the auction has ended. All of our shipping is calculated shipping, so you pay what we are actually charged. We feel this is the fairest way to ship around the country. I normally ship in recycled boxes to keep shipping charges down. We offer UPS Ground which states 1-5 business days. USPS Priority Mail which states 1-3 business days and USPS Parcel/Standard Service which states 2-9 days whom is usually the cheapest, but please be aware when using this service, I’ve seen it take up to 30 days to deliver and they don’t always mark their tracking information promptly. I would recommend the Priority as its usually only a few dollars more. Insurance: I insure all items I ship at no charge to my customers. Items are insured for full purchase price excluding shipping charge.
