Step 1

Orders through Ebay are generally delivered within the estimation dates given we cannot offer dediated days due to charges we incur through Ebay 

We only offer this option with orders through our business web-shop 

Step 2

18  ton trucks are used in most cases for UK deliveries. 1m by 1m pallets are off loaded with a tail lift lorry & pump truck.  A hard standing drive is required or the pallet will be delivered curbside as pallets cannot go over grass or gravel or if you live on an incline please confirm by Ebay message.  As these are heavy goods

Step 3

All orders must be visually checked before signing the good note to ensure no damage has occurred.  If items are damaged please sign damaged on the goods note, as we accept no responsibility if the goods note is signed unchecked.

Step 4

Refused deliveries are chargeable as is return haulage please check your access.

Step 5 

Please note pallets require checking within 24 hours of receiving goods as any breakages found after this time frame will not be sent free of charge as we are unable to claim & postage cost will need to be covered 

We recommend to our customers that this item is dry fitted first.

Please note all pallets are weighed and photographed before dispatch to avoid discrepancies.
