Our pull-up bar is designed to be attached to gymnastic bars. It can be installed in two ways - as a pull-up bar or a dip station. With up to 5 different grip options, there are many methods of training the back and shoulder muscles. After turning the training equipment around, it allows you for an extensive training of the abdominal muscles, as well as shoulder and chest muscles.
Five pairs of grips give you many possibilities to train back, shoulder and abdominal muscles. As a result, your training can be precisely concentrated on appropriate muscle groups. After reversing the chin up bar, you engage entire groups of abdominal muscles: straight, oblique, internal, external and transverse muscles.
The pull up bar/dip station has been designed to be easily and comfortably disassembled and transported. Its main elements use bolts, and the frame itself is made of three independent parts.
Hook a bag or a boxing pear on a special clamp loop. Make use of a gymnastics or TRX band in your training. Having your comfort and safety in mind, we designed a special clamp hook for mounting various training accessories. The hook can be easily removed from the training bar at any moment.
High-quality welded hooks so you can quickly and safely attach the chin up dip station on a gymnastics ladder. The device is made of high-grade Polish, powder painted steel, which is resistant to scratches as well as weather and chemical factors.
