We are trying to offer a track delivery service for every parcel ( not available for Royal Mail ) we send.
We are not responsable for mistakes due to wrong/changed adress , if a parcel is returned to us due to wrong adress ( or any
other reason depending on the client) will contact the client and offer to resend the parcel at the new/correct adress
but the resending of the parcel has to be paid by client, if the client decides to ask for refund the delivery cost will not be
refunded.
For some delivery post codes ( Chanel Islands etc.) a small delivery surcharge will apply indicated by the carrier.
The client will be send a email with the amount to pay , wich will have to be paid in advance before shipping.
