Old Stewart Warner 666 Model Gear.  Ratio is 1.144

For every turn of the end with the Nut on it... there is a corresponding 1.14  turn on the end with the exposed slot on it.

Please note these end are unusual.  Not the standard cable ends for the 60s-80s.  

I am not sure what application this is correct for.
