DescriptionWithin this formula, Shu Di Huang supplements and enriches the liver and kidneys, while Gui Ban nourishes yin and heavily settles and subdues upwardly floating ministerial fire. Huang Bai and Zhi Mu clear heat and drain fire. Zhi Mu does also enrich yin.
