Payment: Payment can be only made by PayPal. Please note that there will be a 9.75% tax charge for the same state (California) orders. Ebay will collect tax from other states as well.

Shipping & Handling: Most of our products offer FREE SHIPPING domestically except territories like Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, US APO/FPO may be subject to additional shipping fees. We don't do international orders. Orders are not processing on weekends and holidays, it's until next business day. 

*Local Pick Up is also free, available at our South San Francisco CA location, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please call ahead to ensure that your item is in stock at our location before pick-up.


Return: We accept the free returns for the defective items up to 90 days. We also accept the non-defective returns and exchanges for the items purchased within 30 days after orders are delivered. Please note that the returns may be subject to restocking and handling fees. The refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days when we receive the returned orders.
