Brand new in the box but they are missing the dowel screw which can be purchased at any hardware store. Dowel needed for wall is M6 X 50MM, or to use on a cabinet M6 x 25MM

There are 2 knobs included - making it a complete set for ONE door entry or two separate hooks if wall or cabinet mounted. Each knob measures approximately 4" long x 2" wide at widest part - they are heavy weighing almost 3 pounds each.

    All items are shipped within one business day M-F. We do not typically ship on weekends or national holidays. We take great care when packaging our items to ensure safe delivery. However we have no control over the shipper's mishandling of the package. If an item arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund, including shipping.


    Once an item leaves our shop, we have no control over how long the carrier will take to get your item to you. eBay offers a suggested date you should expect your item, but there are many factors that can affect how long it may take to receive your item. We have been informed that it can take up to 30 business days for a delayed or lost package to be delivered. We will not issue a refund for a delayed or lost package until after the 30 business day window has passed, if the item has not arrived by that time.


    We will combine shipping whenever practical. If you purchase more than one item during checkout, we may adjust the shipping price on your invoice if possible. During checkout, simply select request new invoice in the top right corner of the screen and we will make any adjustments to shipping that are possible. Some items are too large or heavy to combine or reduce shipping. 


    We typically ship USPS first class or priority mail or FedEx. Please do not ask us for free shipping on an item if free shipping is not offered. We do not make money on shipping; shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the item and are determined by our shipping carrier. If needed we are happy to explore other shipping options to get you the lowest price available for shipping. In the event overpayment is made to shipping, we will issue a refund for the overage paid.

    If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, within 30 days. Please note that we do not refund for shipping or return shipping unless there was an erroneous error in the listing. Please check the measurements in the listing against an item that fits you well to avoid returns because an item does not fit.


    If an item is new, it must be returned in the exact condition as listed (with tags, etc) for a refund; partial refunds may be given if a item listed as new is returned in used condition, providing it is returned in sellable condition. 


    Each item is described as honestly and completely as possible. Pre-owned items should not be expected to arrive in NEW condition - some degree of wear should be expected. However, we acquire items from a variety of sources so it is virtually impossible to know if an item was stored in another type of environment prior to our acquisition. If there are odors or any other defects, it will be noted in the description. Please use the images provided to aid you in the condition as they are part of the listing to help you determine if the item is acceptable to you.


    We make every effort to identify any imperfections or defects, but we are human and it is possible to miss something from time to time. If an item is not as you expected, please contact us about returning your item.
