FLAVIO SAMBINELLI was born in Brescia, Italy, on December 10th, 1949. After his technical studies and the diploma as Mechanical Engineer in 1969, he started his activity as a designer.
Since 1977 by joining Giannini he could discover and develop his artistic skills as a designer that throughout 25 years of work have given birth to lines of products identifiable by the combination of function and simplicity with refinement of style.
His most successful creations are:
- The coffee maker Cabiria (Design Plus Francoforte)
- The kettle Rialto
- The line Nuvola
- The cutlery line Etna (Euro99Trends Prize in the category "Contemporary Focus" at the Gourmet Product Show in New Orleans)
