This is custom made hand grip specifically for Panasonic GX9 (not for GX80/GX85, see below).

Use it for better handling, stability and comfort while shooting with bigger lenses and/or flash.

This accessory is purely ergonomic and allows you to get a firmer hold on your camera, making it well-suited for video applications and handheld shooting in low light.

Installing onto the tripod thread of the GX9 with a screw, the grip also offers a flange on one of its corners to help keep the camera from twisting. It has own nut for tripod installation.

Unlike the official grip DMW-HGR2 proposed one cost twice less and has window for fast battery and memory card replacement.

The hand grip is printed by 3D printer. Modern PETG material is used. This kind of plastic is durable, strong and temperature resistive.

Frequently asked questions:
Will it fit to Panasonic GX80/GX85? Not ideally, GX9 is 2 mm longer and there is a gap between grip and camera. I have version especially for GX80/GX85 camera. You can find it here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/113684878686

How much grip weighs? Grip with nut and screw weighs 40 grams (1.4 ounces) vs. 130 grams (4.5 ounces) of official DMW-HGR2 grip

Is it strength enough? Is plastic reliable material? I use this grip for the year. Dozens of satisfied customers and nobody claimed, only positive feedbacks. Of course, it has strength limit, but it is higher than sensitive camera and lens. I suppose you will not smash a camera with a hammer o throw it from height :)

Is it hollow inside? The base is solid with stability improvements, the handle is hollow with thick perimeter. This combination allows to save weight.

The camera itself isn't scope of supply!
