Express Post Statement
If you choose Australia Post Express Post, your order will be processed within 24 hours of your payment being cleared. If your postcode is listed in the table below, the expected delivery time is the next business day after dispatch (ie. The day after your parcel leaves our warehouse). If your postcode is not included, please don't choose the Australia Post Express service. This will usually take a few days longer. Please see below for all postcodes that are included in the next business day delivery network.
The Australia Post Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes. If your item is for an address outside this network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by our Next Day Guarantee.

Warranty Returns
All hardware is covered by warranty. Please contact us if you think your item is faulty. Should your product be faulty within the warranty period, it will be subject to either of the two procedures below:
1. Dead on Arrival (DOA) The buyer must notify us of the DOA issue within 30 days of receiving the item. Customers claiming DOA must return the item in its original condition, with full packaging and a proof of purchase, with NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE.
2. Standard Warranty Standard Warranty procedure apply for items found faulty outside the 30 days DOA period, but within the specified manufacture warranty period.
For all hardware within warranty period, there is an estimated processing time of 2-3 weeks and the product will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent model; or refunded if stock is not available at the manufacturer's discretion.
Return without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Comsumer Law. You are entitled to get a replacement or a refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of accepatable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Returns
We are happy to accept a change of mind return within 30 days if the item is still kept in the original sealed Retail packaging or in resellable condition. Please send us a message via eBay within 30 days of receiving your product, including your invoice number, condition of the item and the reason for return. The return item should be in original, sealed and undamaged package. If the item is in resellable condition, but the packaging has been opened or seal broken, we will apply up to 15% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following products or conditions:
- Opened/Used software cannot be returned.
- Opened/Used printer, ink or toner cartridges cannot be returned
- Product is not in resalable condition:
- Missing parts or accessories
- Original retail packing missing
- Physically damaged or broken caused by buyer
All Customers are responsible for Change of Mind Return shipping cost. We advise all customers to return products with postage insurance as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged product Returns.
