Shipping --Items are well packed and shipped  USPS and FEDEX.  Items purchased on Friday may not ship till monday.  We want to get your item out as fast as we can.   

Returns/Refunds- Buyer pays for all return shipping and insurance. Refunds are for the product price only and will be less all shipping charges and a 15-20% restocking fee if the item was delivered with no defects.

 If the item was listed as free shipping then the cost of the shipment will be deducted. Gear returned with out all its original packaging, warranty cards and accessories or that shows signs of wear from use, will be subject to an additional restocking fee. This item is now used and it would be unfair to resell to another customer as new.
