This is a New speedometer. It is a CEV made in Italy speedo. It might be for a Benelli 250 Phantom not sure though. I received it with a bunch of Benelli parts. It measures about 3 1/8 inch wide on the bottom. It measures about 3 3/8 inch a wide at chrome ring on the top. Speed is measured by Miles per hour.
