It is a great Canada Health button, and I believe it was made in the 1980s, but I cannot be sure. This button is in gently used condition. There are some minor surface scratches and a few slight dings in the celluloid surface. It has a clean, nearly rust-free Reverse (a few tiny spots). The button is marked Dominion Regalia Ltd.
