1) Ronald Colman and Rosalind Russell in "Under Two Flags"  A 1936 American adventure romance film directed by Frank Lloyd and starring Ronald Colman, Claudette Colbert, Victor McLaglen and Rosalind Russell. The picture was based on the 19th century novel of the same name by the writer Ouida. The film was widely popular with audiences of its time.

2) Dorris Estelle Bowdon (December 27, 1914 – August 9, 2005). Portrait, she was an American actress, best known for her role as Rosasharn in the film adaptation of John Steinbeck's novel The Grapes of Wrath, starring Henry Fonda.

3) The Jones Family Portrait. A film series is #17, "Too Busy To Work", that 20th Century Fox filmed as a second feature, family comedy series produced between 1936 and 1940. 4) Hudson's Bay is a 1941 historical drama by 20th Century Fox starring Paul Muni, Gene Tierney, Laird Cregar and Vincent Price as King Charles II. The film is about a pair of French-Canadian explorers whose findings lead to the formation of the Hudson's Bay Company. In Canada, the film was heavily promoted by the Hudson's Bay Company through its retail stores. 

5) + 6) Don Ameche and Andrea Leeds in "Swanee River", a 1939 American biopic about Stephen Foster, a songwriter from Pittsburgh who falls in love with the South, marries a Southern girl, then is accused of sympathizing when the Civil War breaks out. Typical of 20th Century Fox biographical films of the time, the movie was more fictional than it was factual.
