Double deck of playing cards in original sleeve case produced for the Henry Francis DuPont Winterthur Museum.  Decks are complete with 55 cards each with Jokers & extras.  Theme is CHINESE COSTUMES from printed sources from the museum.  The card back design is a chinoiserie scene in black and gold & red and gold - two different scenes.  The face cards and jokers are all period Chinese costumes and the Ace's are depictions of authentic Chinese Junk sailing ships.  The black deck has 2 jokers and the red has one, this is offset with one black card and 2 red having a description of the costumes featured on the face cards of each suit.  Each face card is a different costume, no 2 are the same. Black plastic open top tray holds the decks within a printed cardboard sleeve.

Dated 1984 - printed in Spain, which makes sense since the majority of all photographic coffee table books are printed in Spain.
