Offering a one page, 7 ½ x 12, 1834 survey, for military land containing one hundred and three acres, one rood and eight perches.  Signed by Tho King, county surveyor, with a beautifully designed Magnetick Meridian, a line on the earth’s surface approximating a great circle passing through the north and south poles, covering forty- nine acres, two rood and twenty-four perches belonging to William Ax, surveyed the twenty-six day of September 1834.

Toning, foxing, folds, with archival repairs to the verso. 1 x 1 ¾ piece missing, affecting several words.
