Up for your consideration is a Bing & Grondahl (B & G) of Denmark white bisque wall plaque, decorated with an elderly man and woman in relief. The man is seated in front of a fire pit. The woman is standing to the right with a cat leaning against her. Behind the woman is a table with a pitcher and possibly a tall lamp on it. There is a clothesline in the back with cloth suspended from it. The detail is quite remarkable. This plaque is called "Winter" and is a part of the Four Seasons series.

The plaque measures 5 3/4 inches across and weighs 11 5/8 ounces.

The back is marked with an incised marked - 3 towers - B & G - Kjobenhavn (Copenhagen) - Made in Denmark - and then a larger B & G. There are 2 holes at the top end suitable for hanging this piece.

The plaque is in very good condition, with no cracks or crazing. There is a tiny chip and a discoloration patch on the back side (see the last 2 pictures for a close-up view).
