I offer combined shipping, 7 days or 10 items, from the purchase of the 1st item. You can even combine "buy now" items, they can be held until you're ready, as long as they are not paid for, once any item is paid it gets shipped within 24 hrs. (Unless holiday or Sunday)

Shipping is full price for the first item, then $0.10 for each additional item.
