The name of this 1989 ornament is "Hoe! Hoe! Hoe!"  Very cute & very detailed.  Santa with straw hat is waving while riding his red tractor decorated with Christmas lights and a wreath.  Made in 1989; Not used. Made of Artplas and hand painted.
