I can put 2 cards in a sleeve to save some costs, every card or 2 will cost .25 for the sleeve (my cost).
If ebay or paypal hasn't combined the shipping. I will refund the overage.
Foreign Rates for tracking are $6.00 and up, I will research your country if you want tracking.
Otherwise I will ship without tracking and hope for the best. Rates are changing, For now $3.50 should cover it.
