The real 1st amendment: The Congressional Appointment Amendment

We are selling BoldTruth.com, the domain name only. Boldtruth.com is a website and blog that describes how it was recently found that the Congressional Apportionment Amendment of the Bill of Right or Article the 1st of the Bill of Rights actually had enough states voting for it that it became ratified in 1790 and even more states voted for it and at 80% as a final state total, we had a ratified amendment that we are told in history was never passed. This final 80% took place in 1792 when Kentucky became a state (Our 15th). This ratified law of our Constitution states that after our country has 200 Representatives for 8,000,000 citizens, Congress will then adjust to a maximum of One Representative for every 50,000 citizens OR AN ESTIMATED 6300 REPRESENTATIVES IN THE HOUSE. This was supposed to be done all along.

All of us were brought up to believe that the original states never ratified all 12 of the proposed Articles of the Bill of Rights and in fact, that might be true. Article the 2nd wasn't ratified by 75% of the states until 1992.

Article the First has been treated by Congress as having never been ratified and if you read Wikipedia and Archives.org, you'll see the same thing, that it wasn't ratified. Of course, Archives.org is an arm of the government and Wikipedia can be changed by anyone.

We are here to tell you that in fact, Article the First, The Congressional Apportionment Amendment, an amendment that is still live from the Bill of Rights has been ratified and is the law of the land. Now to be fair, it's possible that the last 100 years of Congress may have never known it was ratified. Everyone that voted for it to be ratified has passed on, Congress voted to cap the amount of Representatives at 435 (a made up number at best), and the original voting ratification paperwork for Connecticut, Mass, and GA that did ratify the Article were misplaced/misfiled/can't be found which begs the question, if they were misplaced/misfiled/can't be found, how can it be proven that the Congressional Apportionment Amendment was ratified and is actually the law of the land?

Because some dedicated people spent months going through 15 states archives looking for the ratification paperwork. In early 2012, the last two pieces of the puzzle were found. Kentucky never reported they ratified the Article but in fact did and Connecticut also ratified Article the First but the original paperwork was misfiled or lost for 225 years (by accident, we're sure) in their Revolutionary War paperwork or ten years prior to the ratification vote by Connecticut. Who would look there????? That was probably the point. But these patriots did. The finding of the voting records clearly show that Article the First was ratified in 1792 and by 80% of the states of the time.

Our site, Bold Truth, has all the paperwork, files, archives, copies and original certified copies including Supreme Court Justice Ellsworth's original paperwork describing that he believed that Article the First was ratified into law and that there should be 1 Representative per 50000 citizens when the United States of America reaches 8,000,000 Citizens.

So now that all the work is done and set up, we're selling BoldTruth.com to cover expenses and continue the case. We're currently looking to sell this site to raise money to get the word out that the only thing holding this amendment up from being passed to Congress as ratified is the Archivist of the USA, whos job it is to accept this as ratified once he knows it had at least 75% of the states voting for it. Three lawsuits have been filed compelling him to do just that. Up to this point, he has refused.  Either way, it's not going to be cheap and this is all self funded so far. We're doing this because regardless of our personal taste as to the Article the First being a good or bad thing for us, it's what our founding fathers fought for months over in putting together the Bill of Rights. The only way to know if it works is to start following. The Representation at the House level is what Jefferson, Madison, Monroe and Ellsworth wanted for you and to recognize that it is indeed ratified and the law of the land. We are selling Boldtruth.com as is and you are welcome to continue the fight on your own. All the materials and copyrights still belong to us but we grant you a licence to use them on the site if you decide that's what you want to do if you buy it. We'll move all our documents to NationalTruth.org. You can use BoldTruth.com as you see fit.

Payment via Paypal.com of $500.00 to hold the sale and final payment via Escrow.com or other acceptable methods to our Corporate Account within 72 hours. The site will be pushed to your Godaddy.com account shortly there after. We will work with you on payment methods.
