Framed. It's amazing. I love the eyes on this piece. The flower and shirt and eyes look to be hand colored. It appears to be from the early 70's based on other pieces I've seen in this fashion.
I'm not sure just what the title of this piece is but I have sent photos to the Baron Gallery and they have confirmed it is a genuine Hyancinthe Kuller Baron lithograph and was hand colored and numbered/signed by Ms. Kuller. I have not removed it from the frame but with the frame it measures 16 1/4 x 13 1/4 and weighs around 2.1 pounds.

This comes from my mother, Bernice Neuman's personal art collection.
Bernice is a well known artist who studied in NY, moved to NJ in the 50's, became President of the Princeton Art Guild in Princeton, NJ in the 70's and 80's, then moved to Virginia western shore, where she showed in Richmond, VA. She is now back in New Jersey, and active in the arts in Ocean County, NJ and still teaches painting to small classes (by design) in Whiting, NJ. Her art classes have a waiting list.
She has won numerous awards in showings and her artwork hangs in many collections.
Most of her paintings have sold from $1000/$5000 in the past.
