This item shows mild overall wear including a few dings pic # 6 & #7 hard to see unless looking for them.

 and it has not been polished. It would not take to make this one shin if the older patina is not desired.

this item still holds water. 

This is a very solid heavy pitcher weighing over 5 lbs.

There is a tag found on the bottom that reads,

“Patented by J.A.s Stimpson 1854 Extended for Seven Years”.  

measures approximately 12.5" tall and is 7.25” wide at the bottom diameter.
