3. For the other countries, item will be shipped from Hong Kong, delivery time depends on destination and other factors, it may take up to 20 days. If you don't receive the item after 25 days, please contact us, we'll investigate and solve the delivery problem.
4. INSURED POSTAGE
If you would like to spend 10% of the total cost for insurance, anything lost/broken during shipping will be covered. Otherwise, if any accidents take place, such as losing a parcel due to moving homes, the customer is ultimately responsible for the loss of the parcel. We are not responsible for any uninsured items that are lost/damaged in the post.
Please be advised that all our parcels which are sent out do not include a receiver signature, but they can be traced on-line on the carrier's system. This means the parcels will be dropped off at your front door if nobody is at home. If you do need to receive the parcel in person and leave a signature to the carrier, please pay an extra fee of $3.5 to us for the signature service charged by the shipping company.
Change Shipment Address:
If you would like the parcel to be shipped to another address instead of the default address verified by eBay, please notify us via eBay once you decide to purchase from us. We are not responsible for any extra costs of re-delivering caused by a late notice in change of shipping address after you make a payment.
