GAS SOLENOID TO SUIT MIG, TIG WELDERS AND PLASMA CUTTERS

SPECIFICATIONS

REPLACEMENT GAS SOLENOID FOR CONTROLLING THE GAS FLOW IN VARIOUS MODELS OF MIG AND TIG WELDING MACHINES, AND PLASMA CUTTING MACHINES. THEY CAN BE USED IN VARIOUS OTHER APPLICATIONS WHICH REQUIRE THE SWITCHING OF GASES.

THE GAS SOLENOID REQUIRES A SWITCHED VOLTAGE SUPPLY TO THE COIL TO OPERATE THE VALVE.  

THE GAS SOLENOIDS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING COIL VOLTAGES:

24VAC, 48VAC, 230VAC, 12VDC, AND 24VDC.

PLEASE CHOOSE WHICH VOLTAGE SOLENOID YOU REQUIRE WHEN ORDERING FROM THE DROP DOWN LIST ABOVE.

THE GAS SOLENOID AS STANDARD HAVE 1/8 BSP FEMALE THREAD AND COMES COMPLETE WITH 6mm GAS HOSE TAIL FITTINGS TO SUIT A 5-6MM BORE PIPE, OTHER TYPES AVAILABLE UP ON REQUEST.

All recondition machines, are completely overhauled, fully weld tested and checked for safety, and are sold with a  3 month return to base warranty. Conditions of return to base (RTB) warranty are as follows: The machine will be repaired free of parts and labour for 3 months from the date of dispatch from our works. The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges to us. Tec arc will pay for return to the customer. There will be a charge if the fault or damage has been caused by mis-use by the purchaser or if no faults can be found with the machine. Because we design and manufacture welding machines, parts are kept in stocked, on our premises, and full technical back up is given if required.
