Shelf Pulls are items that were once displayed in a store and taken out. A lot of times they will have price tags on them or the package may have been damaged or torn or the item just didn't sell. Most of the time we sell the item at a greatly reduced price and try to give an accurate description of the item and any flaws it might have. We never deliberately sell something that we know doesn't work or is broken. If this happens we will take care of the problem.

Shipping: We do our best to get the product out as fast as possible. I think you'll see through our feedback rating, we do a pretty good job. We ship, at our discretion by USPS. Whichever is the most feasible for us to ship.

Refunds: If you are unhappy with any purchase from us, just return to us and we'll refund you back the original purchase price of the item. If there is a defect in the product or arrives broken, we will refund initial purchase price plus original shipping amount. Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving item.
