Dear Customers – important information regarding delivery dates!

On our side, shipments are usually shipped within 1 business day of ordering. The goods you are purchasing are shipped from Poland, so it is an international transaction. Please take into account that delivery times for some destinations are long. Ebay calculates the estimated delivery time based on its own algorithms (it ise Ebay calcutaion, not mine as a seller), but it is still an estimated date, sometimes very optimistic and unrealistic for the Post Office. This is an important difference, this is not a guaranteed date and as a seller I do not guarantee delivery within specific dates.

Shipping abroad involves the shipment crossing the border, passing through customs terminals, etc. Especially shipping to the UK after Brexit involves a lot of additional customs procedures, which extend the delivery time. I have no influence on the delivery time for obvious reasons.

So please make rational purchases to avoid misunderstandings.

Estimated delivery times:

- Germany 7-10 days;

- most EU countries 7-15 days (shipping to Italy is very slow);

- UK 10-22 days (average 18);

- Australia 20-30 days;

 - rest of Word up to 50 days.
