Large Antique Silver Pendant / Brooch and Necklace

This is a lovely large antique silver tone pendant depicting a colour John Tenniel illustration of Alice with Humpty Dumpty.

It can also be converted over to wearing it as a brooch [using a safety pin] as it conveniently has a metal loop at the back. Please see photo.

The pendant measures 68x54mm (approx.) and the image is secured behind a 30mmx40mm(approx.) glass cabochon setting. 

The chain measures 18” in length.  

Please note the chain and pendant are not sterling silver, they are antique silver toned, which means it is a coating of silvertone over a base metal of usually copper or brass. 

Please note that although the pendant is waterproof, it is not advisable to wear in the bath/shower as prolonged exposure to moisture could loosen the glass cabochon from its setting.
