·         All our Necklaces are hand tied to ensure safety.  We use Genuine Silk Thread from Germany.

·         Our Pearl Necklaces are wrapped in Pouches and placed in a jewelry box for safe shipping and the most beautiful presentation possible.

·         We have two choices of clasp.  14kt Gold Filled or Sterling Silver Filigree Pearl Clasps.  Both clasps are supplied by CGM.  Their products are guaranteed to stand the test of time.  The Sterling Silver is 92.5% silver, mixed with alloys to add strength and durability, hypoallergenic and nickel free so they are safe for all skin types. If you have sensitive skin, you will love our product.

Return Policy: We accept returns only if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must notify us of a return within 3 days of receiving the item and return the item within 7 days.  Return will only be accepted if item is returned un-used with tags attached and no scratches to lenses.  If product is used, we cannot accept returns.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
