Offering a very unusual antique Copper Plaque-- inscribed--DUAL TRACK MEET won by George F. Sands School. Rococo/Art Nouveau scroll frame. Bottom has wreath of acanthus leaves and oak leaves. Plaque crowned by two Classical/Art Nouveau Maidens holding a shield dated 1918, with the Laurel Wreath signifying Victory.
Attached to back are two screws for mounting.
In very good antique condition. No cracks. Beautiful warm patina. Minimal surface wear associated with gentle use. Substantial and heavy.
