Howard N. Watson is an internationally renowned artist who is a resident of Wyncote, Pennsylvania. He is a nationally recognized watercolorist and illustrator. His work has been commissioned by former President Jimmy Carter, former Vice President Walter Mondale, President Bill Clinton, noted singer Perry Como, Hall of Fame basketball coach Jack Ramsey, sportscaster Tom Brookshier, and famous art collector Set Momjian. Mr. Watson received his formal art training at the Pennsylvania State University, Temple University's Tyler School of Fine Art, and the University School of Arts (formerly the Museum School of Art). Watson is currently listed in "Who's Who in the East" and in "Who's Who in American Art".

Payments:
Payment must be received within TWO (2) days of receiving an invoice. PayPal payments are a MUST and if payment, or contact from the buyer, isn't received within TWO (2) days, an eBay dispute will be opened. This dispute will be closed within FOUR (4) days after being opened and the item will be re-listed.
Shipping:
As a requirement of eBay, we will make sure that we alert you with the tracking details within 24 hours of receiving payment from your end.
If you pay with Paypal: We can only ship to the address listed on your eBay invoice or on your Paypal payment. If you have a special address that your item needs to be shipped to, it must be reflected in one of these places, or we cannot ship it there. We are not protected by Paypal’s Seller Protection Policy if we ship to an address that is not reflected in eBay or Paypal’s system.
Buyers: The shipping calculator on the auction is an estimate and actual charges will be figured at the close of each auction.
