SHIPPING

We ship via Canada Post to anywhere in North America. Ship times within Canada are generally 4-7 business days and to the USA, it is generally 6-10 business days. Please note, we cannot control delays with customs processing on international shipments. If you are elsewhere in the world, please contact us and we can provide shipping details for you.

PAYMENT

We accept Paypal for all Ebay transactions. Payment must be made within 24 hours.

WARRANTY & EXCHANGES

We fully stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately after receiving your package and we will instruct you on return details for exchange. For graphics installed by the customer, our kits are covered for a period of one year against peeling and fading. We may request that you return the damaged product to us for inspection.

While we do not issue refunds, SPIRALUS DESIGN will happily offer an exchange for a product of equal value for any items that are not completely satisfactory, with the exception of custom designs. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the date of receipt. Packages must be returned with contents in perfect, unused condition. We do not offer credit for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise. Please note all custom orders are final and may not be exchanged, returned or refunded. We are more than happy to provide a sample of your desired purchase prior to shipping the full kit so you may inspect color, etc.
