This warm black boot is very well made by Cat & Jack for Target in state of the art facilities in China.  You cannot beat the quality for the price.  The thick upper material looks and feels like black suede leather.  The sole is flexible, like a sneaker, and has treads for bad weather traction.  The insole is lightly padded.  The toe is reinforced for durability. 

 

Fashion styling make these boots really cute.  The faux fur goes up the outside of the boot shank.  On the inside of the shank is a full zipper for easy wearing.  They may be made so well that she will grow out of them before wearing them out.
