Remember please that the polished carbon steel paella pan is over 100 years old design and technology 100% build to cook the perfect paella dish.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS( NOT OPTIONAL) : Wash before the first use( but do not wash untill you first use it as cover with a protective grease for rust protection)
Before first use wash, immediately cook the paella. After if any rice stuck - just soak in soapy warm water for 20minuts & remove the rice as show in the video. Wash using any means ( Inclusive abrasive powder or kitchen steel wool sponge will not damage the pan ) and dry immediately using kitchen towels or paper towels - DO NOT ALLOW TO AIR DRY AS WILL RUST, and coat any cooking oil inside & outside the pan. The pan will change colour soon as from the first use will start to season - this is to be espected and is normal & will not affect the pan & will increase the taste of youre next paellas by giving a crusty rice at the bottom - the famous SOCARRAT.
Inclusive if you forget to dry the pan and you find it rusty don't worry - just wash it again and scrub with steel wool sponge & soap , dry and coat with oil and the pan will be perfectly safe.

RETURN POLICY
Items
must be returned in the same condition in which they were
received , in the original package & unused. Buyers may be liable
for loss in value of the item if it's
returned in a different condition, or if the item is not packaged
securely to prevent damage in shipment. In the event that an item is not
returned to the seller in the same condition the seller may deduct the
amount of loss and give the buyer a partial refund. For international
purchses - the customer is responsable to check his own country
regulations for Butane/Propane equipments( no returns accepted ).
