Art Deco period chrome basket with two red tone Bakelite marble details.  The handle is stationary and does not move.  There is an indention on the handle that a serving spoon used to attach but the spoon was not included.  It may at one time even had a glass insert but also it may have come without one.  The diameter width is 7" and the height is 4.75".  There are no makers or manufacturers mark on the piece that I could locate.  It could be Farberware, Chase or one of many different makers of the period.  Mild surface scratches on the bottom.
