In the unlikely even you receive a damage faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team through Ebay. Please include as much detail as possible of the issue with any photos if appropriate. Our UK based customer service team will then look at the best way to resolve the issue.

If you change your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, the item must be unopened and in as new condition when it arrives back to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods this must be within 30 days of purchasing the item. Please clearly attach an A4 piece of paper to the outside of the box of the item with the ebay reference number and your name. This will mean we can process the order smoothly. Once the item is received our team will issue a refund to your original payment method less a restocking fee and postage fees. For a change of address after the order has been placed, we will have to charge a fee. For missed diary bookings we will have to charge a fee. Returned all returned items we have to charge a 20% restocking fee. Please note we offer a standard 75 day warranty on our products.
