From my inventory comes this SERVING FORK marked N.S.CO. STAINLESS STEEL.  Pattern NST58.  If you have additional information I would appreciate it.  The fork is used but in good condition with minor use marks and a few disposal scars (see photo).  It has been washed but could stand a gentle polish.  It is a heavy mid-century design.
