VERY RARE WORLD WAR II AIRCRAFT RECOGNITION POCKET GUIDE

This pocket-book covers the majority of World War II Allied and Axis aircrafts, and includes identification material in the form of drawn artwork of individual aircraft together with their characteristics (span, length) as well as duties (i.e., bombing, ground attack, reconnaissance, etc.).

It is a genuine, vintage World War II period item produced by the War Department of the United States of America and issued to benefit the recognition of aircrafts by the trainees who might have been posted as air sentries.

Published and dated to October 1943.

Dimensions: 8 by 10 cm (approx. 3 x 4 inches).

It is in general very good conditions, with no missing pages, no tears. There are some stains on the back-cover as can be seen by the pictures provided, yet all the internal pages are clean.
