3. Worm Shaft (WS) bearings (2) (front/rear) + washer.  Less effort turning the handle.
4. Spool Shaft Support (SSS) bearing (1): Provides for a smooth even drag operation. Helps support the spool, less bending under pressure.
5. Handle (H) bearing (1): Adds to that silky smooth feeling.

Oscillating Gear, Collar, Worm Shaft, Spool Shaft Support & Handle Ball Bearing Upgrade

The aforementioned fishing reels all have a plastic bushing supporting the Oscillating Gear, CollarWorm Shaft, Spool Shaft & Handle. Offered in this kit are (6) CRBB Stainless Steel ball bearings to upgrade and replace the plastic bushing with an actual ball bearing for optimum performance.
